1. Reporting infringement

You may send a notification to our Designated Copyright Agent at dinesh29ad@gmail.com, if you believe that one of your exclusive copyrights has been infringed upon by unauthorized reproduction or use of your original work on one of ours sites.

Such notification must contain:

An electronic or physical signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of a copyright owner.

Description of the copyrighted work.

A URL location of the work claiming infringement.

Your address, telephone number, and email address.

A statement of good faith that the claimed infringing activity was not authorized by copyright owner, agent or lawfully;

A statement under penalty of perjury that the information contained in the notification is true and accurate, and you are authorized to act on behalf of copyright owner.

2. Counter-notification procedure

If you believe that your work has been wrongly removed from our site because of notification of copyright infringement, you may send to our Designated Copyright Agent at dinesh29ad@gmail.com a counter-notification containing:

Your electronic or physical signature;

Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its location; URL of the material removed;

A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification;

Your name, address and telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction of federal district courts.
